1. What we collect

When you post, whip.pics stores:

• The license plate number, country/region, and text you enter.
• Photos or videos you upload (stored on Cloudflare R2).
• A random browser identifier (UUID stored in your browser's localStorage) used to attribute posts and reactions to you for the duration of your delete window. We do not link this to your identity.
• Your IP address is processed transiently by our rate limiter and is not stored in the database.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

2. How we use it

Data you submit is displayed publicly on this site. We do not sell, share, or monetise it in any other way.

3. Data retention & deletion

Posts can be deleted by you within 3 minutes of posting. After that window, contact us at the address below to request removal. We will action takedown requests within 7 days.

4. User content rules

By posting you confirm that your content:

• Does not harass, threaten, or dox any individual.
• Does not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain illegal material.
• Does not constitute spam or coordinated abuse.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Liability

whip.pics is provided as-is. We are not liable for user-generated content or any damages arising from use of this service.

6. DMCA / takedown requests

To report copyright-infringing content or to request removal of a post, email legal@whip.pics with the URL of the content and a description of your claim.
